Extensive experience both in the private and public sectors including at Director level at Invista Real Estate Investment Management, Insight Investment Management and Clerical Medical Investment Group. He was also a Senior Manager at Scottish Widows, Hill Samuel Investment Management and 3i plc.

His specialism is Fund Management including the acquisition and disposal of investments and undertaking developments as both funder and principal. John has been active throughout the UK undertaking retail schemes in Weymouth, Bexleyheath and Worcester; office schemes in Central London and the Thames Valley and Industrial and Logistic schemes in the Midlands, North West, East Anglia, South East and South Wales.
